புதுச்சேரி காங்கிரஸ் மாவட்ட தலைவர்கள் தேர்வில் புதிய நடைமுறை: ஏஐசிசி பார்வையாளர்கள் ஆலோசனை

புதுச்சேரி காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி தலைமை அலுவலகத்தில் அகில இந்திய காங்கிரஸ் கமிட்டி சார்பில் நியமிக்கப்பட்ட பார்வையாளர்கள் செய்தியாளர்களை சந்தித்தனர். 2025-26 ஆம் ஆண்டை காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் அமைப்பை நாடு முழுவதும் வலுப்படுத்தும் ஆண்டாக அறிவித்துள்ளதாக அவர்கள் தெரிவித்தனர். இதன் ஒரு பகுதியாக மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களில் கட்சி நிர்வாகத்தை மறுசீரமைக்கும் பணிகள் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன. மாவட்ட தலைவர் தேர்வில் வெளிப்படைத்தன்மையை கொண்டு வர கட்சி தொண்டர்களிடம் நேரடியாக கருத்துகள் பெறப்பட உள்ளன. பரிந்துரைக்கப்படும் பட்டியலில் பெண்கள், சிறுபான்மையினர் மற்றும் பட்டியலினத்தவருக்கு பிரதிநிதித்துவம் அளிக்கப்படும் என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

All India Congress Committee (AICC) observers held a press conference at the party headquarters in Puducherry regarding organizational restructuring. AICC secretary Mayappan stated that 2025-26 has been designated as the year to strengthen the Congress party organization across the country. As part of this initiative, transparent procedures are being implemented to select district Congress heads based on direct feedback from local office bearers and workers. Each district will recommend three to six names representing all social sections including women, minorities, and SC/ST communities. The final decision will be taken by the AICC to ensure unified leadership.
